RoseMarie McCartney, Fitness Instructor

I'm a fitness and nutritional enthusiast, as well as an avid runner. I’ve ran 4 full marathons, over 15 halves, and 2 sprint triathlons. I’m a lover of all exercise but especially of yoga, Cross-fit and dance. I enjoy mixing things up and combining my favorite exercises into one routine. That’s where I discovered HIIT Yoga. A combination of our practice, strength and cardio.

I am a wife, a mother, a paralegal, and a law student in my 40's so for me, my mat and exercise, are what keep me sane! We are all busy and sometimes maybe too busy. But there comes a point where YOU need to take care of YOU.
