Barre classes are low-impact, full-body workouts that blend ballet, Pilates, and yoga to build strength and flexibility.  No previous experience required.

Strength & Conditioning Training
Monday's 4:45pm & Friday's 5pm

Individualized training for all levels.  No previous experience required.
