Our Fitness Classes
The Dancer's Workout®
The Dancer’s Workout® is a program of one-hour classes for former and current adult dancers. Each class uses ballet, jazz, contemporary, pop, beginner’s hip hop, and toning exercises to deliver a non-stop, high-energy, exhilarating workout.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, with poses that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.

High Intensity Interval Training
HIIT is a popular method of exercising with bursts of intense (100 percent effort) anaerobic exercise followed by brief recovery periods.
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.
This 45-minute class is aerobic exercises and dance movements performed by stepping up onto and down from a rectangular block.
